Revelation: Our Glorified Savior

Revelation could possibly be the least understood of the most read parts of Scripture. It is not a crystal ball for predicting the future. It is a discipleship manual showing a church experiencing hardships how to remain faithful to the resurrected Lord. It is appropriate for the Easter season because it grants us glimpses into the spiritual realities of our time and the time that will imminently follow our days. To use a Wizard of Oz reference, Revelation is a "pulling back of the curtain" to see what is really happening in the heavenly places, the spiritual realm, of which we are so often obtuse. Following the Easter declaration "Alleluia Christ is Risen!" we will look at what should be expected from our risen Lord who so powerfully overcame death. Jesus is coming soon, so let's think and live accordingly. Join us this Easter season for a look at some of the highlight passages in the Book of Revelation.
