Exodus Sermon Series
The book of Exodus tells us how God worked mightily to rescue the people of Israel out of the bondage of slavery in Egypt and set them free to serve and live for him as his treasured covenant people. Exodus deeply shaped Jesus' vision for ministry and the Apostles' reflection on the significance of the mighty acts of God in Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. It is a story that solidifies the identity of the people of God in the confusion of life, shapes their spiritual longings in times of uncertainty, and assures them of the power of God in the midst of suffering. The same holds true for us today, so join us this fall for our sermon series on Exodus.
