Lunch is included on site.  Grace House Counseling Center is hosting a free training in Mental Health First Aid, Saturday, January 19, at Grace Anglican Church on Fleming Island.  The course will be taught by trainers from Baptist Health Center.  The training is a nationally recognized education program designed for the general public.  Participants will be taught how to recognize, understand and respond to those experiencing a behavioral health crisis such as anxiety disorders, psychosis, suicidial thoughts and substance use disorders.  The course is limited to 30 individuals and registration is required.  Contact Larry Nichols, LMHC at lmnicho@aol.com to register and for more information.
